Social Mobility
Social mobility is at the heart of our mission. We work to ensure that children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds can access the same opportunities as their peers, from their earliest years through to adulthood.
Early childhood
Our approach begins in early childhood, a critical period when the foundations for lifelong learning, health, and wellbeing are built. We support parents and caregivers with social and material resources, create high-quality learning environments, and back pioneering research to improve interventions and influence public policy. These efforts are designed to give vulnerable children the best possible start in life, knowing that early action can have a profound impact over decades.
Education
As children grow, our education programs help them thrive in school and beyond. We work with partners to close learning gaps, provide extracurricular activities, and address barriers such as food insecurity and lack of resources. From primary school to secondary education, and into young adulthood, we combine academic support, personal development, and family engagement to prepare students for higher education, employment, and active participation in their communities.
By integrating early childhood interventions with sustained educational support, we aim to create lasting change. Our strategic pillars – from parental empowerment to teacher training, from scholarships to mentoring – are designed to break down systemic barriers and foster equal opportunities.
Through these initiatives, we are building a future where talent and ambition, not social circumstances, determine a child’s path.
